Rodrigo and his team made everything feel effortless. The apartment was exactly as described, the check-in instructions were clear, and when we needed extra towels at 10pm they were at our door in fifteen minutes. We've already booked again for next March.
We came as a group of ten for a wedding and the penthouse fit us all comfortably. What surprised us most was the local team — they recommended a private chef, organized airport transfers, and even sent a list of restaurants tailored to our group. This isn't a vacation rental, this is concierge service.
